Evaluation
NAVSUP WSS intends to award to AVIOSS LLC. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Firms not currently approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR); however, the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. The Government will use FAR Part 15 procedures and will not use FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items).
