The contractor shall perform all work specified in "USCGC NORTHLAND (WMEC 904) SPECIFICATION FOR AVIATION AVAILABILITY REPAIRS FY26, (Rev-0)”. Major work items include:

• Cleaning and inspection of Aviation Fuel Service Tanks and Aviation Fuel Stowage and Overflow Tanks.
• Load testing of 28 Volt DC Helo Power Supply and 400 Hz Power Supply.
• Removal and reinstallation of Windspeed Transmitter (Anemometer).
• Optional calibration and partial preservation of Aviation Fuel Flow Meters and Aviation Fuel Storage Tanks.
• Replacement of Port and Starboard Mast Anemometer Cables.

Deliverables include:

• Weekly Progress Reports: Summarizing work accomplished, status of open items, problems, and planned work. Due by 10:00 AM EST each Tuesday.
• Condition Found Reports (CFRs): Submitted within 24 hours of discovery for unforeseen conditions, requiring Government approval before work commences.
• Test and Inspection Reports: Submitted within 24 hours of completion for all required tests.
