• Renew piping insulation for systems indicated, specifically "Potable Water (chill water)" with a temperature range of 35-90°F.

• Remove all existing insulation material from designated pipe surfaces, including associated pipe hangers, valves, fittings, and flanges.

• Dispose of all removed materials in accordance with Federal, state, and local regulations.

• Clean exposed pipe and pipe component surfaces to remove visible surface contaminants.

• Install new insulation and lagging materials and thicknesses as specified for the application and temperature ranges.

• The Contractor must thoroughly test all disturbed items or shipboard devices after completion of work and demonstrate they are in satisfactory operating condition in the presence of the Coast Guard Inspector.

• Submit a CFR (Contractor Furnished Report) upon completion.
