The USCG requires one (1) OEM MEATEST 6040 Panel Meter Calibrator to replace an obsolete ARBITER Systems Model 1040C PMC for its shipboard calibration program. The requirement, detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW), includes a 5-Year Warranty and a NIST Traceable Z540 Calibration certificate. The MEATEST 6040 PMC is considered the exclusive replacement source meeting technical requirements, as supported by the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOTFOC) and the Sole Source Procurement Letter from TEST LLC.
