This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of twenty five (25) VDR Kits. Specifications are listed in the attached RFI notice.
SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials.
NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 02 December 2025.
Responses shall list "N64498- 25-SIMACQ-PD-53-0090" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted.
