Evaluation & Submission
The Government intends to negotiate with only one responsible source. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Such submissions will be considered solely to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. Firms not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR); however, the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability with a commercial item within 15 days of the notice (by June 11, 2026). All proposals received within 45 days of the notice (by July 11, 2026) will be considered. Electronic procedures will be used, and the RFP/Solicitation will be posted to NECO.
