The quantity for item 0001AA has been increased from 11 EA to 30 EA.
Key Requirements
Contractors must provide and maintain a quality system compliant with ISO-9001, ISO-10012, or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025, or an acceptable alternate of MIL-I-45208 with MIL-STD-45662. Government Quality Assurance (GQA) at source by a DCMA QAR is required. Strict traceability of materials (MIL-STD-792) and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) must be maintained throughout the manufacturing process, including subcontracted operations. A positive and unqualified Certificate of Compliance is mandatory for all Special Emphasis Material, detailing specific contract and product information. Final inspection includes material sampling per ANSI/ASQ-Z1.4 (General Inspection Level II) or approved Statistical Process Control (SPC), with 100% inspection of OQE and certification reports.
