Strict traceability of materials (MIL-STD-792) and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) must be maintained throughout the manufacturing process, including subcontracted operations. Final inspection includes material sampling per ANSI/ASQ-Z1.4 (General Inspection Level II) or approved Statistical Process Control (SPC), with 100% inspection of OQE and certification reports.
