Requirements for Technical Data Access
To obtain the Performance Specification (PRF16001A0006 w/AMENDMENT 2), interested firms must submit a signed and completed AMSTA-AR Form 1350, Technical Data Request Questionnaire, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Offerors must be registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office (JCP). The NDA specifies that data is for response preparation only, prohibits disclosure without approval, and requires adherence to export laws.
