Scope of Work
The NPS requires a comprehensive list of building materials for one 18' x 26' cabin, as detailed in Appendix A of the document. This includes materials for the foundation, exterior/interior walls, crawl space, deck, roofing, fasteners, siding, trim, insulation, electrical, plumbing, and trusses. These materials are for the 2026–2027 school year.
Delivery Requirements

- Delivery Period: August 26–27, 2026. Vendors must coordinate delivery directly with the NPS Point of Contact. Alternate dates may be considered but are not guaranteed.

- Capability & Experience (Ability to supply materials per Appendix A, relevant experience, ability to meet delivery window, certifications, subcontractors/distributors).
- Optional: Commercial price lists or historical project pricing.
