• The requirement consists of one order.

• Delivery terms: FOB Destination, CONUS.

• Offerors must provide a "Valid Through" date for future orders.

• Quotes must be submitted via email by the closing date.

• Award will be made on a "Low Price" basis to vendors meeting administrative compliance requirements.

• Administrative compliance is a pass/fail evaluation factor.

• Technical acceptability will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis if an "or equal" item is offered.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.

• Offerors must be registered users and able to accept POs in GSA's Order Management Services (OMS) Vendor Portal or receive orders via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

• Offerors must hold a UEI number.

• Offerors must provide Manufacturer and Part Number Quoting.

• Offerors must complete and/or acknowledge requirements in Section 3, including compliance with terms and conditions, OMS Vendor Portal/EDI registration, and submission of required documents.

• Offerors must provide a signed and returned MIL-STD-129R Compliance Form or confirm a completed form is on file.

• This RFQ is set aside exclusively for Small Business.

• Vendors must have an assigned NAICS size standard of 750 employees or less in their SAM account.

• Assigned NAICS code: 326199: All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing.

• Vendors are reminded to update their Representations and Certifications on SAM.gov prior to the closing of the solicitation.

• The period for acceptance of offers is 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless otherwise specified.

• Late submissions will not be considered.

• The Government reserves the right to reject any or all offers, accept other than the lowest offer, and waive informalities.
