• Installation of approximately 160ft of steel fascia and 160ft of 3 in minimum “D” style edge flashing.
• Application of approximately 100ft of ¼ in minimum butyl tape and 100ft of foam closure under the existing metal roof edge.
• Full tear-off and disposal of old materials.
• A 1-year workmanship warranty is required.
