• Testing & Commissioning: Coverage verification, IP link stability, emergency feature validation.

• Training & Documentation: Staff training, administrative training, as-built diagrams.

• Warranty & Support: Minimum 12-month warranty, burn-in support, and preventive maintenance plan.

• Offerors must complete and submit the SF 1449, including blocks 17, 30a, 30b, and 30c, and the price/cost schedule.

• This acquisition is unrestricted.

• Vendors must complete the price/cost schedule in the RFQ to be eligible for award; a quote will not suffice.

• Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Invoices must be submitted electronically in accordance with VAAR Clause 852.232-72.
