- Submission Requirements: Complete SF 1449 (blocks 17, 30a, 30b, 30c) and the price/cost schedule.
Additional Notes
Vendors must complete the price/cost schedule in the RFQ; a quote alone is insufficient. Payment will be via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through SAM. Invoices must be submitted electronically per VAAR Clause 852.232-72.
