- Performance Standards: Solutions must meet "Salient Characteristics," including P25 standards, FCC approval, AES-256 encryption, 100% coverage within VA facilities (-95 dBm), rugged/MIL-STD-810 compliant hardware, GPS tracking, scalability, and 24/7 technical support with a minimum 5-year warranty.
