The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to RAYTHEON COMPANY under FAR 6.302-1 due to a lack of necessary data for other sources. Proposals from other sources received within 5 days of the publication date (by January 4, 2026) will be considered.
Scope of Work
The requirement is to furnish all necessary effort, including labor, material, and facilities, to repair and/or modify the specified government-owned articles. The objective is to restore the two CONTROL, CONVERTER units to full operational conditions.
