• Preparing plans and specifications for a construction contract to correct Architectural, Structural, and Environmental deficiencies.
• Rebuilding/renovating all cross corridors interconnecting Buildings 89/90 and 89/91 for floors 3 and 4.
• Replacing all single pane windows throughout specified areas of the 3rd and 4th floors.
• Replacing the HVAC system for the cross corridors with a DX unit, eliminating fan coil units.
• The design must permit a construction contract award with an estimated magnitude of $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00.

  7. Miscellaneous Experience and Capabilities (surgery rooms, Revit, ICRA/ILSM, hazardous materials)
  8. Claims, Terminations and Litigation

Eligibility / Set-Aside

• This procurement is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms.
• Offerors must be verified and listed in the Vendor Information Pages Database (Vetbiz.gov).
• Prime contractors must demonstrate that at least 50 percent of the design work will be accomplished by employees of the concern or employees of eligible SDVOSB subcontractors/consultants.

• Contractors must check the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) and certify that listed personnel are not on the EPLS.
