Response Information

Proposals received within 45 days of the publication date will be considered. The Government's decision not to pursue a competitive procurement based on responses is at its sole discretion. Information provided will be used to determine the feasibility of a competitive procurement. The Government is not using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) for this solicitation, but interested parties may identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
