• Quality Assurance: Implementation and maintenance of a quality system compliant with ISO-9001 (or MIL-I-45208) and calibration systems (ISO-10012, ANSI-Z540.3, ISO-17025, or MIL-STD-45662). Government Quality Assurance (GQA) will be performed at the source by DCMA QAR.
• Testing & Certification: Required tests include Non-Destructive Tests, Hydrostatic Pressure Test, Ultrasonic Inspection, Dye Penetrant Inspection, and Annealing/Age Hardening. Certifications are mandatory for specific items and tests, with detailed requirements for content and submission. Approved laboratories are specified for Slow Strain Rate Tensile Tests.
• Welding & Brazing: Adherence to specific standards (S9074-AR-GIB-010A/278, 0900-LP-001-7000, S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248) and qualification data submission for review and approval. Repair welding is not permitted on QQ-N-286 material.
• Configuration Control: Maintaining total equipment baseline configuration, with procedures for waivers, deviations, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
