The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes the installation of two (2) 115-kV and thirteen (13) 230-kV disconnect switches as well as install one (1) 115-kV breaker and one (1) 230-kV breaker. The project is located in Laramie County, Wyoming, with a performance period of 280 days after NTP. The estimated order of magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. FAR Part 14 is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237130; Size Standard is $36.5M. The solicitation including specifications and drawings will be issued electronically at this site on or about 19 March 2018 at the following sites: https://www.fedconnect.net and https://www.fbo.gov/
