- Non-Conductive Coating (NCC) plasma spray treatment for connector plug bodies by an approved vendor.
- Wiring and molding of cable assemblies by an approved vendor.
- First Article Approval (Contractor Testing), including specific tests per MIL-DTL-24231 Type 1 with exceptions (no hydrostatic testing; specific insulation, continuity, and dielectric strength checks per SS800-AG-MAN-010/P-9290).
