This notice seeks information from industry to support a potential contract award for 26 units of the Circuit Breaker, Nomenclature: CKT BRKR, AQB-L403, Part Number: 91C1220G02, from Approved Design Cage Code 89946 (EATON CORPORATION). Any source interested in supplying this item who is not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) must provide complete traceability information tracing material back to the OEM with their submission.
Information Requested
Vendors are asked to complete an attached market survey providing details on:
- Item Availability & Commerciality: Including COTS status, evidence of actual sales/leases, modifications, customary combinations, transfers, warranties, and price lists/catalogs.
- Pricing & Delivery: Catalog/price list availability, contract financing requests, quantity ranges for better pricing, normal delivery times, and inventory maintenance.
- Logistics: Acceptability of FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Origin.
- Company & Manufacturing: Employee numbers, manufacturer details (if a dealer), capability to provide cost/pricing data for contracts over $2.5M, dominant materials, last manufacturing date/customer, similar parts, minimum delivery order quantity/dollar value, and willingness to accept option years with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA).
