This is a Presolicitation for a sole-source award to INTROTEK INTERNATIONAL, INC., justified under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302. The Government does not own the data rights to procure this part from other sources. This procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Eligibility & Response
While the intent is sole-source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration. Firms not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR); however, the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication (March 12, 2026) will be considered.
