Non-Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sources must provide complete traceability information back to the OEM with their offer to avoid being deemed non-responsive.

Information Requested
Respondents are required to complete and return the attached market survey document. The survey requests detailed information including:
- Availability and commercial item status of the NSNs.
- Catalog/price listings and quantity ranges for better pricing.
- Normal delivery times and current inventory status.
- Acceptability of FOB Origin/Inspection/Acceptance terms.
- Company size, parent company details, and manufacturer information (for dealers).
- Capability to provide cost or pricing data if the contract exceeds $800,000.
- Dominant materials, last manufacture date, and similar parts manufactured.
- Minimum delivery order quantities/dollar values.
- Willingness to accept option years with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA).
- Additional commercial item questions regarding sales evidence, technological evolution, modifications, customary combinations, transfers, warranties, and price lists.
