Key Requirements

• OEM/Distributor: If not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM), offerors must state the OEM (Company Name and CAGE) and provide a signed letter of authorization as a distributor on the OEM's letterhead. Only authorized distributors will be considered.
• Priority Rating: Any awarded contract will be DO certified for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
• Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT): Requested RTAT is 78 days from receipt of carcass(es). Price reductions will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT.
• Technical Standards: Compliance with MIL-STD-1686 for Electrostatic Discharge Control and MIL-STD-130 for marking is required. The material must be Mercury Free due to intended use on submarines/surface ships.
• Packaging: MIL-STD 2073 packaging applies.
