- Quote expiration date (minimum 90 days).
- Delivery Vehicle (if applicable, e.g., BOA/IDIQ).
- If not quoting the requested RTAT, provide company capacity constraints.
Eligibility & Special Conditions
- The ultimate awardee must be an authorized repair source. Award will not be delayed for unauthorized sources to obtain authorization.
- Consideration for award will only be given to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item. Proof of authorization on company letterhead is required with the offer.
- A Reconciliation Price Reduction clause applies for failure to meet the required RTAT due to inexcusable contractor delay.
