Scope of Work
The requirement is for the purchase and installation of 16 transformers at the Carl T. Hayden Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. The existing units are antiquated and at risk of failure.
- Quantities: 4 each of 75 KVA, 6 each of 45 KVA, and 6 each of 30 KVA transformers.
- Specifications: All transformers must have COPPER (CU) winding, be 3-phase, with a primary voltage of 480V and a secondary voltage of 208 Y/120V. They must be ANN Dry Type and NEMA Type K.
- Quality: Transformers must be of high quality, with proven high performance, long service life, and environmental compatibility.
- Vendor Requirements: No gray market items will be accepted. Vendors must be an OEM authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, with authorization documentation.
- Period of Performance: 90 days after contract award.
