The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support MECH, intends to establish a Sole Source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Lockheed Martin Corporation for the repair and procurement of spares for AEGIS AN/UYQ-70 and UYK-43 AEGIS WEAPON systems, and other related systems. This is justified under FAR 6.302-1 as the Government does not possess the necessary data to perform these repairs or manufacture the items from any other source. Responses are due February 6, 2026.
Scope of Work
This BOA will cover the repair of various electrical and electronic assemblies, boards, cards, and associated hardware to "A-condition status," as well as the furnishing of spare items. A comprehensive list of National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) and their descriptions, including circuit card assemblies, display units, power supplies, keyboards, and servers, is provided in Attachment A. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all new parts and materials, unless specified as Government Furnished Material (GFM). Key requirements include Web-based Commercial Asset Visibility (WEBCAV) reporting, with items shipped at Government expense to Lockheed Martin facilities. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination.
