Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal food services for the Army JCLC Leadership Challenge Exercise hosted by Coconino High School Junior ROTC Department.

• Provide seven meals (3 breakfast, 1 lunch, 3 dinners) for 100 Cadets and 27 Cadre.

• Maintain a clean and efficient meal serving area.

• Provide cutlery, serving utensils, and eating utensils.

• Transport meals (hot and cold) to the designated facility at Camp Navajo.

• Includes off-site meal preparation, transportation, serving, and post-meal cleanup.

• Utilize government-furnished dining facility (DFAC) at Camp Navajo, including sinks, counters, freezers, refrigerators, stoves, griddles, ovens, and microwave ovens.

• Dates: 23-26 April 2026

• Location: Camp Navajo, Bellemont, AZ 86015

• Meals must be nutritious, filling, and served at appropriate temperatures according to Arizona State Food Service standards.

• Cleanup must be completed immediately following each meal, adhering to Arizona State Food Service standards.

• Contractor shall set up food and serving equipment at least 30 minutes prior to each meal.

• Meals shall be served on time.

• Dining facility must be restored for the next meal within two hours of the current meal's conclusion.

• Quality Control: Contractor's existing quality assurance system will be utilized per FAR 12.208.

• Reporting: Inform COR of issues within 7 days (verbal) followed by written reports within 5 days.

• Holidays: Deadlines falling on holidays will shift to the closest preceding workday.

• Operating Hours: Contractor support hours are 0600 to 1900 hrs or until event completion daily.
