Purpose
This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY for information and planning purposes. The U.S. Government desires to procure meal services for the JROTC JCLC camp on a Total Small Business Set-Aside basis, contingent upon receiving sufficient responses from qualified small businesses. This notice does not constitute a solicitation (RFQ/IFB/RFP) and does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. It serves to gauge industry capabilities and determine the appropriate acquisition strategy.
Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, materials, supervision, and non-personal services for meal support to approximately 86 Cadets and 20 Cadre. Services include providing food, condiments, serving equipment, disposable items, and cleaning. Key performance standards require meals to be nutritious, hot, filling, and served according to Oklahoma State Food Service standards, with 90% served on time. Specific meal times are Breakfast (7:00-8:30 AM), Lunch (12:00-1:00 PM), and Dinner (5:00-6:30 PM). Menus must be coordinated within 7 days of award, accommodating approximately 5 vegetarian meals per meal. The NAICS code is 722310 (Food Services) with a size standard of $47.0M.
