Scope of Work
The requirement is for a stand-alone door surveillance system to support observation and situational awareness within the SAF. Key components include:
- Design, installation, configuration, and testing of a complete camera system.
- Installation of a main monitoring station in room 121K.
- Provision of three Vandal Proof 8 MP cameras mounted exterior to secure location entrances (locations pre-approved by SSO).
- A CCTV System comprising a 4 Port PoE+ NVR, 1 HDD, equipment enclosure, three dome-style 4K IP autofocus cameras, power conditioning, surge protection, UPS, three 32" TAA compliant Samsung display monitors, and 4K-HDMI signal distribution cabling.
- The CCTV system will be stand-alone and not integrated into existing DOD network IT systems.
- Cameras must cover all entry/exit doors (100% coverage), and the system must provide a minimum of 90 days of recording retention.
- The system should be designed to allow for future expansion.
Performance Standards & Timeline
- Project completion (install, test, and turnover) within 30 calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
- User training on system functions to be completed within 2 business days of installation.
- The overall Period of Performance is not to exceed 120 calendar days from the date of award, with onsite work not exceeding 10 duty days.
- Up to 4 option years are available for maintenance and support, with price adjustments capped at 2.5% annually.
