Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide repair services for an Oshkosh Stryker Fire Truck (06L00344) that is currently inoperable due to an issue with the 6" Wet Clutch Pump Drive. The goal is to make the fire truck operational to support the 187th Flying mission and the Montgomery Regional Airport.

• The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary for the repair.

• The primary task involves replacing the faulty 6" Wet Clutch Pump Drive Assembly with a new one and performing function testing.

• The contractor is responsible for all travel and transportation, including potentially transporting the truck to their facility for repairs and returning it.

• The contractor must provide their own shop supplies.

• All equipment manufactured and delivered must be warranted against defects in material and workmanship.

• The contractor must provide owner's manuals and specification sheets.

• Documentation must be provided to show that Certified Emergency Vehicle Technicians will perform and inspect all maintenance and repair.

• All work must be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

• Repairs must be completed within 30 days from contract award.

• Period of Performance: 30 days from contract award.

• Place of Performance: Bldg 1303, 5187 Selma Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36108. Services are to be performed between 0700-1730, Tuesday-Friday, excluding recognized US holidays.

• Security: Contractors must comply with installation access and security policies, obtain base identification and vehicle passes if required, and undergo background checks. All contractor employees must complete Antiterrorism Level I training within 15 days of contract start. Compliance with COMSEC/IT security regulations is mandatory. Employees may require a favorable background investigation or security clearance.

• Personnel: Contractor employees must identify themselves as contractors and wear distinguishing identification badges. A Contract Manager (CM) must be designated with full authority to act on contract matters.

• Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI): Contractors must notify the Contracting Officer (KO) of any potential OCI and submit a mitigation plan.

• Government Furnished Property/Services: None are provided by the Government for this contract.

• Contractor Furnished Property/Materials/Equipment: The contractor shall furnish everything not specified as Government-Furnished.
