This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. All offers must be in English and U.S. Dollars. While the government intends to sole source, proposals received within 45 days of publication will be considered. The government's decision not to compete is solely at its discretion. Market research indicates that FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) policies are not being used.
