• Solicitation/Contract Form: The Response Due Date has been extended from 14 Apr 2026 to 27 Apr 2026.

• Deliveries or Performance (Section F):

  • The Period of Performance for CLIN 0001 has been changed from 17 Apr 2026 to 30 Jun 2026, to 01 May 2026 to 30 Sep 2026.
  • The Place of Performance details for SRF AND JRMC YOKOSUKA have been updated to reflect the new Delivery Period Start (01 May 2026) and End (30 Sep 2026) dates.

• The proposal response due date has been extended to 27 Apr 2026.

• Offerors are requested to submit a proposal with written acknowledgment of this amendment no later than 10:00 hours on 27 Apr 2026.

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for services related to the USS SAN DIEGO (LPD-22). The award will be restricted to firms possessing a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). • Technical acceptability is not an evaluation factor as offerors must hold an MSRA/ABR and have been previously evaluated.

• Award is restricted to firms with a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR).

• Firms without an MSRA/ABR may be eligible if there is adequate time for the Navy to perform an assessment and execute the agreement.

• Non-MSRA/ABR holders are instructed to substitute "contract" for "job order" in specific DFARS clauses.

• This is a "Request for Quotation" and not an order.

• If unable to quote, indicate so and return the form.

• The government is not committed to pay any costs incurred in preparation or submission of the quotation.
