Purpose & Scope

The contractor will provide all necessary services, support, and personnel for extended warranties, remote and on-site technical assistance, software maintenance, and system monitoring. The requirement also includes the purchase and integration of 80 additional SIM cards, meeting specifications outlined in the Statement of Work. The system was installed in September 2024.

- Vendor must have understanding of 4G Flightline Wireless Network, core components, ISP, SIM Card installation and programming, and system monitoring/maintenance.
