Response & Evaluation
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals, quotations, or capability statements received within 45 days of publication will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses is solely at their discretion. Information received will primarily determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. Award is contingent upon the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meeting qualification requirements per FAR clause 52.209-1. The Government is not using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) for this solicitation, but interested parties may identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The acquisition may be subject to Free Trade Agreements (DFARS 252.225-7036 and 252.225-7021).
