- Manufactured per Hydracon Drawing 1810-100 and PL1810-100.
- Cable length of 240 inches (20 feet) total, including the switch.
- Connector plug bodies treated with Non-Conductive Coating (NCC) plasma spray per NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-030/MLDG.
- Cable assembly wired and molded per NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-020/MLDG, Volume II.
- Quality Conformance Tests required per MIL-DTL-24231 Type 1, with specific exceptions.
- Non-metallic materials must satisfy toxicity and flammability requirements.
- Hazardous material identification and Material Safety Data Sheets are required.
- Packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073.
