Submission Requirements
Offerors must provide a quote including Unit Price, Total Price, and Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT). The Government requires an RTAT of 60 days; if unable to meet this, capacity constraints must be provided. RTAT is measured from asset physical receipt at the contractor's facility to asset acceptance by the Government. Quotes should also include information for teardown & evaluation fees if an asset is determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER), awardee CAGE, and new unit price/delivery lead-time for comparison.
