Additional Notes
Based on market research, the Government is not utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, for this solicitation. Nevertheless, interested parties may inform the contracting officer of their interest and capability to fulfill this requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
