Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically in PDF format to Marcus.Lewis2@va.gov. Offers will be evaluated comparatively based on Technical Acceptability and Price. Technical evaluation will assess compliance with the Statement of Need and salient characteristics, while price evaluation will be based on the total evaluated price. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
Additional Notes
Offerors are required to provide a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming their status as a Certified/Registered Distributor authorized to provide the OEM products. The Limitations on Subcontracting (LOS) document in Section C4 must be completed. "Brand Name or Equal" provisions apply to the specified UPS and PDU.
