This solicitation is for the procurement of Spray Foam Insulation Equipment and Asbestos equipment for a Veteran Beneficiary's personal business. The equipment is intended to complement existing machinery and enhance the Veteran's business operations.

• Equipment: Specific items include Graco Xcelerator, T3 Transfer Pump Kit, Reactor 2/E-30/Elite, Fusion FX Spray Gun and spare parts kit, Chicago Pneumatic Air Compressor, Chicago Pneumatic Air Dryer, Spray Foam Systems Generator, Allegro Full Mask Respirator, TurboCutz Foam Cutter, IPM Drum Mixer, and Cool Machines Insulation Vacuum.

• Brand Name or Equivalent: Quoted items must be brand name or equivalent to the specified part numbers.

• Installation: Contractor must provide on-site installation and diagnostic equipment, following manufacturer guidelines.

• Training: Contractor must provide instructions for care, adjustment, and operation of all system parts to the Veteran, including copies of equipment information and technical data.

• Performance Tests: Contractor must complete performance tests on each piece of equipment upon installation.

• Support: Provide helpdesk points of contact for equipment malfunction or questions.

• Documentation: Quoted items must clearly indicate the country of origin and place of manufacture.

• Delivery: All items are to be delivered within 30 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• FOB: Destination.

• Submission: Offers must include the completed Price Schedule, VAAR 852.219-76 Limitations on Subcontracting Certificate of Compliance, and FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate.

• Evaluation: Offers will be evaluated based on "Brand Name or Equal per Schedule" and "Certified SDVOSB." These factors are significantly more important than price.

• Set-Aside: This RFQ is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).

• Certification: Offerors must be certified SDVOSBs and listed in the SBA certification database at the time of offer and award.
