Scope of Work

The vendor will be responsible for:

  • Picking up seven Car Club Carryall vehicles and transporting them to a local authorized repair facility.
  • Removing existing batteries (eight per vehicle).
  • Installing one Eco Lithium Battery Kit (51 Volt, 105 Ah) in each vehicle, including associated cables, brackets, fittings, harnesses, DC to DC converter, and gauges.
  • Testing each vehicle for proper operation.
  • Properly disposing of old batteries and demolished materials.
  • Transporting the seven vehicles and new battery chargers back to VALLHCS.
  • All work and transportation must be completed within 45 days of contract award.
  • Work shall be performed at a local authorized Car Club repair facility.
  • A one-year guarantee on workmanship and parts, and a one-year warranty on labor, is required.

Eligibility & Licensing

Offerors must possess:

  • A Club Car Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certification.
  • Registration with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and a BAR number.
  • An Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) number.
  • Certification as a Club Car Carryall dealer and an ECO Battery dealer.
  • The primary NAICS codes for this RFI are 335910 (Storage Battery Manufacturing) with a 1250-employee size standard, and/or 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance) with a $10.0 MM size standard.

Submission Requirements

Interested and capable companies MUST provide:
