Eligibility & Notes
Offerors must demonstrate clear and compelling evidence to meet all requirements. Specific certifications are mandatory:
- Club Car Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certification.
- Registered with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR).
- Possess an EPA number.
- Certified Club Car Carryall dealer and ECO Battery dealer. Offerors must also submit an authorization letter from the OEM, dated no more than 90 days prior to the submission deadline, demonstrating "authorized" status. Quotes must be valid for 60 days.
