Evaluation
This is a market research effort to help the VA narrow its focus for future procurement. The agency is seeking statements of capability, not quotes. Vendors must be authorized Lenel vendors, possess the necessary licensing "Key," and be able to provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA). The Lenel OnGuard Pro software upgrade is a brand-specific requirement.
