This requirement involves providing A-E services to prepare 100 percent design packages suitable for bidding and construction for two distinct projects:
- Project 1: Ni-CAD Battery Shop (KNMD 250006): Renovation design for approximately 671 square feet of interior space in Building 2131H, Room 128. The design must address hazardous ventilation/exhaust, hydrogen gas detection and interlocks, electrical classification, emergency response fixtures, industrial safety, and related building system interfaces.
- Project 2: Joint Mission Planning Facility (KNMD 260001): Full renovation design for approximately 21,672 square feet in Building 2155H. This includes a 3,000 square foot SCIF compliant with ICD/ICS 705 and applicable Government security guidance, along with supporting architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and communications/ICT design.

Eligibility & Minimum Qualifications
