Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of pharmaceutical products for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP). The acquisition is unrestricted.

• Procurement of specific pharmaceutical items, including Brimonidine Tartrate 0.2% Ophthalmic Solution in various sizes (5ml, 10ml, 15ml).

• Products must be therapeutically equivalent (FDA "A" rated) unless specific exceptions apply.

• All pharmaceutical products must include bar code labeling at the unit-of-use package level conforming to GS1-128 or HIBCC standards.

• Products must have an expiration date of no less than 12 months from the date of delivery.

• Packages ordered below 500 count require a Safety/Child Proof cap.

• Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) compliance documentation (Transaction History, Transaction Information, Transaction Statement) is required for prescription pharmaceuticals.
