This solicitation seeks proposals for the supply of Famciclovir tablets (125mg, 250mg, and 500mg) in bottles of 30 tablets. • Pricing must include a 0.5% Cost Recovery Fee.

• Offerors must submit proposals well before the deadline and confirm receipt.

• This acquisition is unrestricted.

• Other than small business concerns may be required to submit a subcontracting plan for contracts over $900,000.

• Offerors not manufacturing the items must submit a Letter of Commitment from the manufacturer.

• Offerors of covered drugs must have a Master Agreement (MA) and Pharmaceutical Pricing Agreement (PPA) in place with the VA.
