This solicitation is for the procurement of radiopharmaceuticals for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. The requirement is for a United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (US NRC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Licensed contractor to provide these supplies for patient care.

• Provision of radiopharmaceuticals as listed in the Schedule of Supplies.

• Contractor must maintain a full-service Radiopharmacy within a 2-hour delivery radius of Pittsburgh, PA.

• All supplies must be labeled with radiopharmaceutical amount, preparation time, expiration date/time, and include a barcode label.

• Packaging of radioactive material must be clearly labeled "RADIOACTIVE" in accordance with NRC and DOT regulations.

• Contractor must perform all required quality control procedures and meet all relevant Federal and State agency rules and regulations (NRC, DOT, FDA, OSHA).

• Contractor shall accept returns for full credit under specific conditions (e.g., ordered/shipped in error, damaged, recalled, outdated in unopened container).

• Deliveries are required Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with emergency deliveries available after normal hours, weekends, and holidays.

• Contract Type: Single Firm Fixed-Priced Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).

• Period of Performance: August 15, 2026, through August 14, 2031.

• Ordering Period: Five 12-month ordering periods.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance combined are significantly more important than Price.
