The successful offeror's label with its unique NDC shall be the only label on the product, with VA labels adhering on top. Label space of 5.25" x 2" with 0.5" additional space for barcode/expiration/lot number is required.
  • Compliance: Manufacturing facilities must have acceptable cGMP status with the FDA. Compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) serialization and transaction requirements is mandatory. All products require bar code labeling at the unit-of-use package level conforming to GS1-128 or HIBCC standards.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery Requirements contract.
  • Period of Performance: One base year plus four pre-priced one-year option periods, preceded by an implementation period (max 60 days).
  • Estimated Annual Usage: 107,364 bottles across VA, DoD, BOP, and IHS.

  • Eligibility: Offerors not manufacturing the items must submit a Letter of Commitment from the manufacturer. Active and current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory. Subcontracting plans are required for other than small business concerns if the contract value exceeds $900,000.
