Scope of Work
The successful contractor will provide Venlafaxine HCL 24HR SA Capsules in various strengths (37.5MG, 75MG, 150MG) and package sizes (30, 90, 500, 1000 count bottles). Key requirements include:
- Product Labeling: Offerors must state the exact drug name as it appears on the label and possess a unique National Drug Code (NDC) number. The successful offeror's label with its unique NDC shall be the only label permitted on the product.
- Packaging: Unit of use packaging for 30-count and 90-count bottles (Line items 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8) must feature a safety-cap (deshellable or convertible to non-safety) and a bottle with a minimum 120cc volume, cylindrical body, and at least 5.75" circumference. The bottle must accommodate a 5.25" x 2" label, allowing 0.5" additional space for barcodes and expiration dates. Estimated annual usage for various items is detailed in the solicitation.
Contract Details
This will be a single-award contract to a responsible offeror capable of ensuring an uninterrupted source of supply. The contract period will consist of a one-year base period plus four pre-priced one-year option periods. Contracted items will be distributed through the VA's and DoD's respective Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Programs.
