  • Packaging: Unit of use packaging for 30-count and 90-count bottles (Line items 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8) must feature a safety-cap (deshellable or convertible to non-safety) and a bottle with a minimum 120cc volume, cylindrical body, and at least 5.75" circumference. The bottle must accommodate a 5.25" x 2" label, allowing 0.5" additional space for barcodes and expiration dates. Estimated annual usage for various items is detailed in the solicitation.

Contract Details

This will be a single-award contract to a responsible offeror capable of ensuring an uninterrupted source of supply. The contract period will consist of a one-year base period plus four pre-priced one-year option periods. Contracted items will be distributed through the VA's and DoD's respective Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Programs.
