This solicitation is for the procurement of Whole Blood and Blood Products for the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 facilities. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requires these products to maintain an adequate blood supply and meet patient needs.

• Provision of whole blood and blood components.

• Maintenance of an emergency supply of blood products.

• Delivery to multiple VA healthcare facilities within VISN 8.
