Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought

This RFI is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) on behalf of the Omaha VA Medical Center (VAMC) to conduct market research. • Reference Laboratory Testing: Services available 24/7, requiring CLIA certification or equivalent accreditation. Testing categories include Routine, ASAP (within 4 hours), and STAT (within 1 hour).

• Apheresis Services: Contractor shall provide apheresis services at the VAMC location, including separation, reinfusion, and replacement fluids, in accordance with physician orders. Services are typically performed weekdays between 0700-1700, with efforts to accommodate unscheduled emergency services.

• Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed Price, five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).

• Performance Period: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027, with four Option Years.
